After-sales service clause

  • If the product is damaged due to transportation and packaging problems within 3 days after receipt, the product will be returned or exchanged
  • The goods during the warranty period, if there is a problem with the goods, can be repaired: AER bears the freight and needs to expedite the payable freight.
  • No unreasonable return or exchange is not accepted
  • If the delivery is unsuccessful due to the customer's personal problems (address problems, etc.), the customer shall bear the returned freight and tax (10% of the price). If the direct destruction is caused, the customer shall bear 100% of the responsibility. No refund
  • If the goods need to pay tax, the customer has to bear the tax.
